Common information
・ As a general rule, the final decision to cancel the tour due to lack of snow in each course will be made at least 2 days before departure. As a general rule, if the slope is partially (1 or more operating lifts, 1 or more skiable courses), it will be held.
・ If it is not possible to ski, the event may be held by picking up from another slope.
・ If the tour is canceled due to insufficient snow, we will refund the full amount of the tour price we have or inform you of the course (slope) change. If you change the course (slope), the course fee and conditions will be changed, and even if you do not receive the benefits and services attached to the course you originally applied for, you will not be eligible for a refund, and the conditions at the time of application It may change.
・ Infant Information / Infants under 6 years old may be required to pay the local facility charge (the amount listed on each detail page is the amount per night) even if they do not need bedding or meals. .. Please see the "facility charge" of each accommodation facility. (However, even children under the age of 6 do not need to pay the facility charge if they have paid the child fee.)
About rental
・ The number is limited depending on the size, and even if the rental discount price is stated, a separate fee may be charged.
・ Please apply for rental locally. (You will need your ID when renting.) Unless otherwise specified, rental skis, boards, and clothing are basic rentals (older models), and items cannot be changed or multiple rentals are not possible. In addition, rental items, designs, and colors cannot be selected. If you choose upgrade rental or brand rental, you will be charged a surcharge. We may inform you of the upgrade at the time of local reception or rental. Please apply and pay at your own risk.
・ If you participate in a course of 2 nights or more, we will not clean the room or change sheets, towels and amenities during your stay.
・ At some ski resorts, a separate fee (about 500 to 1,000 yen) may be required locally as an IC ticket deposit for lift tickets. (Refer to each slope data. The deposit will be refunded when the IC ticket is returned.)
・ If you are injured at the ski resort, you will be responsible for all expenses such as medical expenses and transportation expenses from the ski resort to the hospital. Please bring your health insurance card and some reserves just in case.
・ Some lifts may be suspended due to power saving or other reasons.
