If you are using the shuttle bus, you will go to the meeting place according to the meeting time stated in the guidebook. Please tell the name of the representative at the reception and board. Take the bus to the final meeting place.
* Formal reception will be held at the final meeting place.
If you are using the shuttle bus, all of you will get off the bus once you arrive at the final meeting place. The representative should use either the PDF file attached to the guide email, a printout of the reservation details screen of My Page, or a screen using a mobile phone or smartphone, to the receptionist at the meeting place. Please show it. You will receive your tickets there and check the bus you are boarding.
You can only check your luggage with skis or snowboards and one bag. Please bring your valuables as baggage.
Get on the bus specified at the reception. Check the seating chart at the entrance of the bus and sit in the seat with the name of the representative.
* You cannot specify the seat at the time of booking or change the seat on the day. Please note. You are free to allocate seats within the group.
Take a break every 2-3 hours while the bus is in operation. The interval between breaks varies depending on road conditions and weather. Follow the instructions of the bus crew.・ Please refrain from using mobile phones in the car as it may cause inconvenience to other customers.・ Please cooperate in wearing a seat belt.・ All routes are non-smoking, so please cooperate.・ Please consider the people before and after reclining.
Those who use the morning flight will arrive from the morning to noon on the same day. Those who use night flights will arrive early the next morning. * Please see each plan page for details on arrival times.
Those who rent will rent at the rental shop listed on the coupon. Please issue a rental ticket at the rental reception.
If you are renting a group of 8 or more people, we recommend that you make a reservation in advance for smooth delivery on site.
We will prepare in the changing room. You can leave your luggage in the provided coin locker (charged). When you're ready, head to the slopes.
Please issue a lift voucher at the lift ticket office.
* When redeeming a lift ticket, an IC chip guarantee fee of 1,000 yen may be charged. The guarantee fee will be refunded in full when the IC chip is returned.
* You can redeem at any lift ticket office in your ski area.

Please meet 10 minutes before departure time. When the time comes, the local staff will start accepting. At the reception, tell the name of the representative and confirm the bus to board. Just like going, please check the seating chart before you sit down.
The bus stops around the station. Please be careful not to forget anything on the bus. * If you arrive early in the morning, you will arrive according to the train operating hours. * There are many mistakes in luggage and things left behind. Please check your luggage carefully.
