Your ticket will be delivered to your registered shipping address by courier 2 to 5 days before departure. (If you make a reservation for a close date, it will be delivered by the day before your departure.) Please check if you have all the plane tickets, accommodation tickets, lift exchange tickets, rental tickets, etc.
Please leave plenty of time at the departure airport.
If you wish to leave your luggage, please complete the procedure at the baggage counter at least 30 minutes before departure.

We will prepare in the changing room. You can leave your luggage in the provided coin locker (charged). When you're ready, head to the slopes.
Please issue a lift voucher at the lift ticket office.
* When redeeming a lift ticket, an IC chip guarantee fee of 1,000 yen may be charged. The guarantee fee will be refunded in full when the IC chip is returned.
* You can redeem at any lift ticket office in your ski area.

Check in at the front desk. Please issue your accommodation voucher. At that time, please check the details of meals and baths.
Please check out by the designated time after breakfast. Please use the coin locker for your luggage. Let's go to the slopes again until the time of return!
After enjoying skiing and snowboarding, please return the IC chip of the lift ticket and the rental item. Please make sure that you do not forget anything.
Head to New Chitose Airport by Hokkaido Snowliner or JR (advance reservation / application). Please leave plenty of time at the airport.

Please pass the security checkpoint at least 20 minutes before your departure time.
Please pass to the boarding gate at least 10 minutes before the departure time.
