マイカーでスキーツアーに参加される場合は必ずスタッドレスタイヤを装着してください。さらに、路面が凍結している場合や坂道ではスタッドレスタイヤのみで進めないことがあります。出発までに走行ルートをよく確認して、山間部が長距離になる場合や、豪雪地帯に向かわれる場合はチェーンをお持ちいただくことをおすすめします。
※正式な受付は最終集合場所で行います。
リフト引換券、クーポン券などの受け渡しは、各プランページの「チケットのお渡し」の項目をご確認ください。（特に記載のない場合、受け渡しは7:00以降となります。）
ホテルのフロントで駐車場を確認してください。（ホテル前での長時間の駐車はご遠慮ください。）指定された駐車場に車を停めます。フロントは朝7:00より営業します。
※朝7:00以降に宿泊施設に到着するようにお出かけください。朝7:00以前に到着された場合は近くの駐車場などでお待ちください。
※チェックインは宿泊券に記載された時刻までできません。アーリーチェックインをご希望の際はフロントにてお尋ねください。
※当社では駐車場の手配はしておりません。宿泊先の駐車場が無料の場合でも満車の時は、有料公共駐車場の利用となる場合がありますので、ご了承下さい。
フロントまたはスキー場でチケット類を受け取ります。その中に宿泊券、リフト引換券、レンタル券などが入っているのを確認してください。

We will prepare in the changing room. You can leave your luggage in the provided coin locker (charged). When you're ready, head to the slopes.
Please issue a lift voucher at the lift ticket office.
* When redeeming a lift ticket, an IC chip guarantee fee of 1,000 yen may be charged. The guarantee fee will be refunded in full when the IC chip is returned.
* You can redeem at any lift ticket office in your ski area.

朝食後、所定の時間までにチェックアウトを行ってください。荷物はコインロッカーをご利用ください。帰りの時間まで、再びゲレンデへ繰り出しましょう！ スキー・スノーボードを楽しんだ後はリフト券のICチップの返却、レンタルアイテムの返却をしてください。お忘れ物のないよう、よく確認してください。
